Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ch999 (hereinafter referred to as "ch999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the ch999 website, mobile browser interface, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features or services made available through the ch999 platform at ch999.bio.
By completing the ch999 registration process, by accessing or browsing the Platform, or by placing any wager or initiating any financial transaction on ch999, you confirm that:

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

ch999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ch999 will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of ch999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
ch999 is an adults-only platform. Access to and use of the ch999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ch999 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the ch999 platform in any capacity.
- Residency and Access: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use ch999.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether placed through ch999 or through any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one ch999 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
ch999 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Where ch999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under the age of 18, ch999 will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, and initiate an investigation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and any deposits will be refunded to the original payment method after verification of identity and age.

Account Registration & Verification
To access ch999 betting markets, casino games, and account services, you must register a ch999 account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your account and must update your details promptly if they change.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ch999 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. All accounts are required to complete identity verification before a first withdrawal is processed. The following documents may be requested:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing full name and date of birth;
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three months showing your current Bangladesh address;
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to fund your ch999 account, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.
ch999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension. Account balances will be held during the suspension period and released upon satisfactory completion of verification.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ch999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ch999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ch999 immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

Prohibited Account Actions
- Register more than one account

- Register on behalf of another person

Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ch999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ch999 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on ch999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ch999 account instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect depending on the processing schedule of your Bangladesh bank. ch999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 60 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including Eid, Victory Day, and Independence Day. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ch999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Fraud Prevention: ch999 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all transactions for unusual patterns. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, ch999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the associated funds and request supporting documentation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity, including charge-backs, reversed transactions, or use of stolen payment credentials, will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds withheld pending investigation.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). ch999 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

Bonuses & Promotions
ch999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around BPL match days, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh occasions. The following general terms apply to all ch999 bonuses unless the specific promotion page states otherwise.
Welcome Bonus: New ch999 players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the ch999 welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳25,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
General Bonus Conditions:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
- ch999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion by providing reasonable notice on the Platform.
- Bets placed with bonus funds that are cancelled, voided, or cashed out early will not count toward the wagering requirement.
- ch999 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus that it reasonably believes has been obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a system error.
- All bonuses are subject to the applicable minimum odds or game contribution rates published on the promotion page. Casino slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of ch999, you agree to use the Platform exclusively for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a fair and responsible player. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ch999:
Integrity Violations
- Match-fixing or placing bets based on insider information
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Use of bots, automated betting scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes
Financial Violations
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
- Initiating charge-backs or payment reversals without genuine dispute
- Using ch999 for money laundering or any activity connected to proceeds of crime
- Structuring transactions to circumvent anti-money laundering controls
ch999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any investigation involving alleged fraudulent or criminal activity on the Platform. Where ch999 suspects money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, it will freeze the associated account(s) immediately, preserve all relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the user.
Violation of any of the prohibited conduct provisions in this section will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the ch999 platform. ch999 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against users who cause loss to ch999 or other players through prohibited conduct.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
ch999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of that right, the following circumstances will typically give rise to an account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2;
- The account holder is placed on a self-exclusion programme;
- The account holder requests voluntary closure.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen during the suspension period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ch999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

Responsible Gaming
ch999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable adults from gambling-related harm. ch999 views responsible gaming not as a regulatory obligation but as a core value of the platform. Every registered ch999 account has access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:
Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Limits apply immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Session Time-Outs
Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account is temporarily locked for the chosen duration and no marketing will be sent.
Self-Exclusion
Permanently exclude yourself or choose a period of 6 months or 1 year. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period and takes effect within minutes.
